1. ABOUT ELEMENTE IMPORTS
ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC is an Arizona-based business specializing in a curated collection of antique, vintage, and distinctive decorative objects, furnishings, and architectural materials.
Our collection includes unique, one-of-a-kind pieces selected for their craftsmanship, character, history, and aesthetic qualities.
ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC currently offers products for sale and delivery within the United States only.
For purposes of these Terms & Conditions, "ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC," "we," "us," and "our" refer to ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC, doing business as ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC.
2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & CONDITION
Our collection consists primarily of antique, vintage, previously owned, and one-of-a-kind items.
Due to their age and history, these items may exhibit variations, imperfections, and signs of previous use, including but not limited to:
Natural patina, discoloration, and oxidation
Surface wear, scratches, chips, and minor cracks
Irregularities in finish, texture, shape, or color
Evidence of historical repairs or restoration
Variations associated with traditional craftsmanship and natural materials
These characteristics are inherent to the nature and appeal of antique and vintage objects and do not, by themselves, constitute defects.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, and photographs. However, dimensions may be approximate, and colors may vary depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Any historical attribution, age, origin, or provenance information is provided based on available knowledge and documentation. Unless expressly stated in writing, such information should not be interpreted as a guarantee or independent authentication.
Customers are encouraged to request additional photographs, measurements, or condition information before purchasing.
3. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without notice until a written quotation or invoice has been accepted in accordance with its stated terms.
Applicable taxes, shipping, handling, crating, insurance, and other associated charges may be added to the purchase price and will be identified in the applicable quotation or invoice.
As many of our products are unique and available in limited quantities, availability cannot be guaranteed until the order has been confirmed by ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If an error is discovered after payment, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue, including offering cancellation and a refund where appropriate.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All purchases are processed directly through ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC by invoice.
Full payment is required in advance.
Orders are not considered confirmed until the invoice has been issued, payment has been received and cleared, and ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC has accepted the order.
Payment must be completed according to the instructions and due date specified on the invoice.
We reserve the right to decline an order before acceptance or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled. Any payment received for an order canceled by ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
5. ALL SALES FINAL – RETURNS & REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the antique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC does not offer standard returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, aesthetic preferences, variations consistent with the product's disclosed condition, or ordinary characteristics associated with age and prior use.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and condition information before purchasing.
Once an order has been accepted and payment has been received, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to our written approval and applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any cancellation, refund, remedy, or consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable rights relating to non-delivery or materially misrepresented merchandise.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC offers two shipping arrangements:
Shipping Arranged by ELEMENTE IMPORTS
At the customer's request, we may assist with arranging shipping, freight, crating, or specialized delivery services.
Shipping charges and related services will be quoted separately or included in the customer's invoice.
Delivery schedules are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Any shipping commitments and delays will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Shipping Arranged by the Customer
Customers may also arrange their own shipping or freight transportation, subject to coordination with ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC.
Customers are responsible for communicating carrier details, scheduling collection, and ensuring that their chosen transportation provider is suitable for the size, condition, and fragility of the item.
Collection arrangements, packing requirements, transfer of risk, and any associated charges must be confirmed in writing before release of the merchandise.
Shipping is currently available only within the United States.
7. SHIPPING DAMAGE & CLAIMS
We recommend inspecting all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC as soon as reasonably possible and retain all original packaging and shipping materials.
Customers should provide photographs of the damaged item, exterior packaging, and any visible shipping damage.
Responsibility for damage, insurance coverage, and claims will depend on the agreed shipping arrangements, applicable carrier terms, and applicable law.
Where shipping is arranged directly by the customer, any responsibility allocated to the customer or carrier will be governed by the parties' written agreement and applicable law.
ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC will reasonably cooperate in providing available shipping documentation when needed for a claim.
8. CUSTOM SOURCING SERVICES
ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC offers personalized sourcing services for customers seeking specific antique, vintage, decorative, or architectural items.
Custom sourcing arrangements, including the scope of services, availability, fees, timelines, and payment requirements, will be established separately in writing.
Any sourcing fees, deposits, or purchase commitments must be clearly identified and accepted by the customer before they become payable.
Once a specially sourced item has been approved and purchased on behalf of a customer, cancellation or refund rights will be governed by the specific written sourcing agreement and applicable law.
Because sourcing depends on the availability and condition of unique objects, we cannot guarantee that an exact item, quantity, or historical specification will be obtainable unless expressly confirmed in writing.
9. MEASUREMENTS, MATERIALS & SUITABILITY
Customers are responsible for verifying that purchased items are suitable for their intended use and installation conditions.
This is particularly important for architectural salvage, antique fixtures, lighting, furniture, and other items that may require professional assessment, restoration, modification, or installation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, antique and vintage items are not represented as meeting current building, electrical, plumbing, safety, or accessibility codes.
ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC recommends consultation with qualified professionals before installing, modifying, or using items in applications subject to regulatory or safety requirements.
10. TAXES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Applicable sales, transaction privilege, use, or other taxes will be calculated or addressed according to the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges identified in their invoice, including agreed shipping, handling, crating, or specialized delivery costs.
11. WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original website content, including photographs, written descriptions, branding, graphic elements, and other materials created or owned by ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, images, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter the terms of an already accepted order without the parties' agreement, except as required by law.
