At ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC, we offer a carefully curated collection of antique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind objects.
Due to the unique nature, age, and individual characteristics of our collection, we encourage customers to review all product details and shipping arrangements carefully before completing a purchase.
1. SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC currently offers sales and delivery within the United States only.
Shipping arrangements depend on the size, weight, fragility, location, and individual requirements of each item.
We offer two options:
Shipping Arranged by ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC
We can assist with coordinating shipping, freight transportation, professional packing, crating, or specialized delivery services.
Shipping costs are determined individually and provided before the purchase is finalized.
Shipping Arranged by the Customer
Customers may choose to arrange shipping through their preferred carrier or transportation company.
All collection and transportation arrangements must be coordinated with ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC in advance.
Any requirements concerning packaging, handling, insurance, and release of merchandise will be confirmed before collection.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping, delivery, crating, and handling charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated.
Costs vary depending on the item's dimensions, weight, destination, fragility, and transportation requirements.
A shipping estimate or quotation will be provided before the customer confirms the purchase.
Additional services requested by the customer may incur additional charges, subject to prior agreement.
3. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed following receipt and clearance of full payment and confirmation of the applicable shipping arrangements.
Estimated processing and shipping timelines will be communicated individually, based on the merchandise and delivery method.
Antique and fragile items may require additional time for professional packing, crating, or specialized transportation.
Where a shipping deadline applies, ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC will comply with applicable requirements concerning shipment timing, delays, cancellation, and refunds.
If we cannot ship an order within the agreed or legally applicable time frame, we will provide the required notice and any applicable option to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund.
4. PACKAGING & HANDLING
We recognize that many antique and vintage objects require careful handling.
When ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC arranges packing, the packaging method will be selected based on the item's characteristics and the services agreed upon.
Certain fragile, oversized, or valuable items may require specialized crating or professional handling.
When customers arrange their own shipping, packing and handling responsibilities will be agreed upon in advance.
5. SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance may be available depending on the carrier, transportation method, and nature of the merchandise.
Customers should confirm the insurance arrangements and coverage limits before shipment.
Insurance, where available, may be subject to carrier exclusions, deductibles, declared-value requirements, and claims procedures.
ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC does not represent that all shipments are automatically insured.
6. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
We recommend that customers inspect all packages and merchandise promptly upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC as soon as reasonably possible.
Please retain:
The original packaging and packing materials
Photographs of the exterior packaging
Photographs showing the damaged item
The invoice and any available delivery documentation
We will review the circumstances and reasonably assist with available information needed to address a shipping claim.
Responsibility for loss or damage will be determined by the applicable shipping agreement, carrier arrangements, and governing law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
7. ANTIQUE & VINTAGE CONDITION
Our collection includes items with individual histories and natural signs of age.
These may include patina, oxidation, surface wear, irregularities, minor chips, scratches, variations in finish, or evidence of previous restoration.
Such characteristics are often intrinsic to antique and vintage objects and do not, by themselves, constitute shipping damage or product defects.
Customers are encouraged to request additional photographs, condition details, or measurements before purchasing.
8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the antique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, ELEMENTE IMPORTS LLC does not accept standard returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Personal preference
Incorrect assumptions about dimensions or suitability
Variations in appearance caused by lighting or screen settings
Normal wear, patina, or characteristics consistent with the disclosed condition of an antique or vintage item
Please review all available product information before confirming your purchase.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that apply under applicable law, including legally required refunds for non-delivery or other circumstances in which a refund is mandatory.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All purchases are made through invoices, and full payment is required in advance.
Once an order has been accepted and payment has been received, cancellations are not ordinarily permitted.
Any voluntary cancellation request will be considered individually and is subject to our written approval.
Where applicable law requires cancellation or refund rights, those rights will be honored regardless of our standard final-sale policy.
10. CUSTOM SOURCING ORDERS
Items sourced specifically at a customer's request may be subject to separate sourcing terms, fees, and purchase commitments.
The applicable conditions will be provided in writing before the customer authorizes the sourcing service or item purchase.
Custom sourcing arrangements may involve non-refundable fees or other commitments only where expressly agreed and legally permitted.
11. CUSTOMER PICKUP
Customer pickup may be available by prior arrangement.
Pickup appointments, location details, access requirements, and handling responsibilities will be confirmed individually.
Customers arranging their own collection are responsible for ensuring that their transportation provider is equipped to handle the purchased merchandise safely.
Any transfer of responsibility for the item will be governed by the agreed pickup terms and applicable law.
